28. 4. 2019: Tag des Bieres im Fränkischen Freilandmuseum Bad Windsheim

Nur einmal im Jahr ist das kleine Brauhaus aus Kraisdorf in Betrieb. Es ist über 300 Jahre alt und noch voll funktionstüchtig. Hier wird noch alles von Hand gemacht. Aus dem Kommunbrauhaus nebenan von 1844 kommt das süffige Museumsbier als Zwickel und als Dunkles. Diese Brauerei aus Schlüsselfeld ist zum Teil schon technisiert. Hier wird das ganze Jahr gebraut. Im Wirtshaus am Kommunbrauhaus kann das Bier probiert werden…
