21.3.2020: Bio-Urgetreide Braukurs

Biobauer und Brauer tun sich zusammen. Hilarius hat das Bio-Getreide und Klaus Illguth hat das Wissen und die Technik. So wird daraus unser erstes lokales BIO-Urgetreide-Bier und du bist dabei. Zwischen den einzelnen Brauschritten machen wir Brotzeit und probieren schon fertige BIO-Biere. Die Anzahl der Teilnehmer ist aus Platzgründen begrenzt. Wer nach ca. drei Wochen zum Abfüllen und Etikettieren kommt, darf eine Flasche mit nach Hause nehmen.

Der Seminarbeitrag mit der Anleitung zum Haus-Brauen, Bierauswahl und Bierbrotzeit beträgt € 77,-.
